Saturday to Saturday is our normal changeover day but out of high season we can be flexible. We also offer weekend breaks and Christmas/New Year packages.

A returnable deposit of 500 euros is required in case of breakages or damage. We would ask that you leave the house as you found it for the next guests enjoyment otherwise a 150 euro cleaning charge will be requested.

All towels and linen are included in the prices quoted except pool towels which we would ask you to bring.
